The next St. Clair Solo and Après Race Steak Roast will be October 1, 2011.
The forms for the 2011 St. Clair Solo, including the entry and waiver document, are posted below, and are available for downloading. The Entry form is posted as an interactive PDF form, however, it may still be used the old fashioned way by simply clicking the 'print form' button, and then filling it in by hand, (please write legibly!), sticking it in an envelope, and mailing it to the address on the form. To use the interactive form, first save the form to your computer desktop. Next, open it up, and type in the information, and/or make the appropriate selections. Save the form, and either click the 'Submit via Email' button (online entries not accepted after September 25...), or if you feel like licking a stamp, click the 'Print Form' button, and send it via regular mail. You must still submit $35 ($40 if late...), a copy of your liability insurance, and PHRF or GLMRA certificate (if you have one). If you can scan copies of those and send them as email attachments, there are no more trips to the Post Office (if you use PayPal). If you don't have Adobe Reader™ installed on your computer, it is available as a free download by clicking the button below.
Following the event, the Après Steak Roast will be held at the Great Lakes Yacht Club at 6:00 PM. Even if you can't participate in the regatta, come on out and take in a great steak dinner and catch up on the tall tales that have built over a season of singlehanded sailing!
Note: Roller furling credits will not be given for this event.
