You may save any PDF file to your computer by right clicking on any link, and choosing Save Target As which will save it on your computer in the location of your choosing. Alternatively, you may simply use the Print function of your browser to print the form while you are online.

Since the internet browser was developed back in the 90s, there have been many changes written into the code that tells individual browser versions how to display a given web page.
